Caudalie x Avinas Promotion

1. Organisation of the Promotion

This competition is organised by AVINAS SA, whose registered office is located at Carrefour de Rive 2 - 1207 Geneva - Switzerland, registered in the Commercial Register under number CH-660.0.531.016-4, as part of a partnership with Caudalie.

Avinas is organising a promotional scratch card campaign from 15 October to 31 October 2026 inclusive, while stocks of scratch cards last.

All scratch cards distributed as part of this promotion are winning cards and entitle the holder either to one of the Avinas or Caudalie prizes described below or to an exclusive benefit from one of the two brands.

Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Conditions of Participation

A scratch card is provided with one of the following purchases made between 15 and 31 October 2026 inclusive, while stocks last:

• purchase of a product from the Resveratrol-Lift range on the Caudalie Switzerland websites https://ch-fr.caudalie.com/ and https://ch-de.caudalie.com/

• any purchase (excluding appointment bookings) on the Avinas website: www.avinasjewelry.com

• any purchase (excluding appointment bookings) at the Avinas Boutique (2 rue de la Terrassière, 1207 Geneva)

• any purchase (excluding appointment bookings) at the Avinas stand at Globus Geneva

Only one card is provided per order.

No minimum purchase amount is required to receive a card following an Avinas purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of the promotion.

The promotion may end before 31 October 2026 if stocks of scratch cards run out.

3. Avinas and Caudalie Prizes

The following prizes are available among the scratch cards distributed:

AVINAS PRIZES

• 1 × Avinas Gift Card: value CHF 500.–

The gift card may be used in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to Avinas gift cards.

• 3 × Avinas Gift Cards: value CHF 150.– each

The gift cards may be used in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to Avinas gift cards.

• 10 × Avinas Candles: value CHF 65.– each

CAUDALIE PRIZES

• 1 × Caudalie Skin Experience: value CHF 500.–

A personalised 30-minute appointment will be arranged at a point of sale selected by Caudalie, located, where possible, close to the winner’s place of residence.

This experience includes a skin diagnosis performed by a Caudalie Beauty Expert, followed by personalised advice and the creation of a skincare routine tailored to the winner’s specific needs.

The experience is valid for one adult residing in Switzerland.

Any travel, accommodation, meal or other expenses incurred in travelling to the appointment location are not included in the prize and remain the responsibility of the winner.

4. Other Winning Cards – Avinas × Caudalie Benefit

All other cards entitle their holder to one of the following two benefits:

• AVINAS: 10% OFF

A code shown on the card entitles the holder to 10% off a purchase made on avinasjewelry.com or in boutiques until 30.11.2026 inclusive.

The code is valid for one use only.

The offer cannot be combined with any other current discount or promotion. Avinas gift cards are excluded from the offer.

The code cannot be exchanged for its cash value or replaced if the card is lost.

• CAUDALIE: ONE VINOTHERAPIST TINTED LIP BALM FREE WITH A MINIMUM PURCHASE

The card also entitles the holder to one free Caudalie tinted lip balm with purchases of CHF 59.– or more from Caudalie, until 30.11.2026 inclusive, exclusively on the brand’s Swiss website.

The offer is subject to the terms and conditions specified by Caudalie and to product availability.

The offer cannot be combined with any other current discount or promotion. 

This benefit cannot be exchanged for its cash value or replaced with another product.

5. Claiming and Collecting Main Prizes

To claim one of the prizes listed in Article 3, the winner must register their participation online no later than 30 November 2026 inclusive, using the form available on this page.

To validate their participation, the winner must:

• provide their first and last name;
• provide their email address;
• provide their telephone number;
• provide their postal address;
• enter the unique code shown on their scratch card;
• upload a clear photograph of their scratch card, allowing the prize won to be identified and the authenticity of the card to be verified.

Once the participation has been registered and validated by Avinas:

• Avinas prizes may be collected from the Avinas Boutique, 2 rue de la Terrassière, 1207 Geneva, or shipped to an address in Switzerland, according to the arrangements communicated to the winner;
• Caudalie prizes will be shipped separately and directly by Caudalie to the address provided by the winner;
• for the Caudalie Skin Experience, the contact details required to organise the experience will be shared with Caudalie so that the appointment arrangements can be agreed directly with the winner.

Avinas reserves the right to request any additional information from the winner that may be necessary to verify the authenticity of the card or the participation.

6. Online Participation and Validation

Scratch cards entitling the holder to a prize to be claimed (rather than a promotional code) contain a unique code allowing the participation to be identified and validated.

To claim their prize, the winner must complete the form available on this page and submit the required information and supporting documents no later than 30 November 2026 inclusive.

Each unique code may only be registered and used once. Any subsequent attempt to use a code that has already been registered may be refused.

The photograph submitted must clearly show the scratch card and the prize won. Avinas reserves the right to request a new photograph or any additional information if the photograph is illegible, incomplete or does not allow the authenticity of the card to be verified.

The winner is requested to keep the original scratch card until the prize has been received or collected. Avinas may request presentation of the original card in the event of any doubt regarding the authenticity or validity of a participation.

Submitting the form does not constitute final validation of the prize. Entitlement to the prize is confirmed after Avinas has verified the validity of the unique code, the scratch card and compliance with these terms and conditions.

7. Deadline for Claiming Prizes

The prizes listed in Article 3 must be claimed via the online form no later than 30 November 2026 inclusive.

After this date, any code that has not been registered using the form will be considered expired and no prize may subsequently be claimed, exchanged or shipped.

This deadline does not affect the specific validity periods stated for the benefits described in Article 4.

8. General Prize Conditions / Liability

Prizes cannot be exchanged for their cash value or replaced with another prize at the winner’s request.

Lost, stolen, falsified, reproduced, illegible or damaged cards that can no longer be authenticated may be refused.

Unique codes that are falsified, reproduced, already used or do not correspond to the photograph of the card submitted will not entitle the participant to claim a prize.

Avinas reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any card, unique code and participation before the corresponding prize is handed over or shipped and may, in the event of doubt, request presentation of the original card.

Avinas reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel the competition if circumstances so require, without incurring any liability or entitling participants to claim any compensation. Furthermore, Avinas shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure or any unforeseen event beyond its control that prevents participants from taking part and/or any winner from receiving their prize.

In the event of circumstances beyond their control making it impossible to provide a prize as described, Avinas and/or Caudalie reserve the right to replace it with a prize of an equivalent or higher nature and/or value.

Any attempt to commit fraud, falsify, duplicate or reproduce a card or unique code may result in the loss of entitlement to the corresponding prize or benefits.

9. Territory

Prizes requiring postal delivery as part of this promotion will be shipped exclusively to addresses located in Switzerland.

No physical prizes will be shipped abroad.

10. Personal Data

When claiming a prize, Avinas collects, via the online form, the personal data necessary to manage the promotion, including the participant’s first name, last name, email address, postal address and telephone number, as well as the unique code and photograph of the scratch card submitted to verify the participation.

This data is used by Avinas to manage the promotion, verify and validate participations, identify and contact winners, and arrange the collection or delivery of prizes.

Where necessary for the delivery of a Caudalie prize or the organisation of the Skin Experience, the winner’s necessary personal data may be shared with Caudalie to enable the prize to be delivered or the experience to be organised.

Personal data collected as part of the promotion may only be used by Avinas and/or Caudalie for commercial prospecting and marketing communications with the participant’s explicit and freely given consent.

Participants may, if they wish, provide this consent by selecting a dedicated checkbox on the participation form. Choosing not to consent to receiving marketing communications will have no impact on participation in the promotion or on the right to receive a prize.
