Returns

You can return your order for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the date that you received your order.

The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging and must not have been worn. Returns of personalized jewelry (engravings or special orders) are unfortunately not possible.

Returns of orders shipped within Switzerland and outside Switzerland are the responsibility of the Customer.

The customer must return the product with the order number, the product(s) description(s) , as well stating whether they would like a refund or an exchange.

In order to ensure that your return is processed as soon as possible, we recommend that you also send us an email or contact us via the contact form to let us know you would like an exchange or refund.

The return address will then be sent to you in response.

The refund is made within 15 days of the registration of your return. It is carried out directly according to the payment method used by the Customer when placing his order (credit card or bank transfer).

Orders placed on the Avinas website cannot be returned or exchanged in the shops.
