Your Order

The order is confirmed once the payment has been received and accepted by Avinas. Avinas reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer has already had a dispute with Avinas or if Avinas believes that the customer is at risk of non-payment. Avinas also reserves the right to request additional information from its customers. If there is no response within 5 days of the order, the order and payment will be cancelled.

Orders are prepared within 48 hours.

Delivery

ø Standard Delivery

Worldwide shipping is free.
Your order will be sent via Swiss Post and the delivery times for items in stock are:
- 1-2 working days for Switzerland
- 7-14 working days for other countries (depending on the speed of the local post service)

For items that are not in stock - data indicated on the product sheet - it is necessary to add approximately 6 weeks of lead time related to the manufacture of your items.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a delivery tracking number.

ø Express Delivery: Swiss Express-Moon

By selecting this option for any order placed before 2 p.m., your package will be delivered the next working day - including Saturday - before 9 a.m.
