Your Order
The order is confirmed once the payment has been received and accepted by Avinas. Avinas reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer has already had a dispute with Avinas or if Avinas believes that the customer is at risk of non-payment. Avinas also reserves the right to request additional information from its customers. If there is no response within 5 days of the order, the order and payment will be cancelled.
Orders are prepared within 48 hours.

Delivery
Ø DELIVERY IN SWITZERLAND
Delivery is made by Swiss Post and delivery times for items in stock are as follows, depending on the delivery method chosen when ordering:
- Standard Delivery: 2 to 3 working days
- Home Delivery with Signature: Priority delivery (1 to 2 working days) with delivery against signature
- Swiss-Express Lune Delivery: by selecting this option for orders placed before 2pm from Monday to Friday, your parcel will be delivered the next working day - including Saturday - before 9am.
For items that are not in stock - as indicated on the product sheet - please add approximately 6 weeks for manufacturing.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a delivery tracking number.
Ø DELIVERY OUTSIDE SWITZERLAND
Deliveries outside Switzerland are made on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Swiss VAT will be deducted from the purchase price, but the recipient must pay import taxes (VAT of the recipient country) to the carrier, as well as all costs and customs duties relating to the order, which will be requested at the time of delivery.
The shipment is made with Swiss Post, and delivery times for items in stock are 7 to 14 working days, depending on local postal conditions.
For items not in stock - as indicated on the product sheet - please add approximately 6 weeks for manufacturing.
